# Events You're Invited To

[SyncPlan.Me](http://SyncPlan.Me) can only invite your work email to events on your personal calendar owned by you.

## Normal Mode

Normally, if an event you were invited to falls in your work day, we won't invite your work email due to event permission settings.

## Stealth Mode

In Stealth Mode, if an event you were invited to falls in your work day, we'll create a copy of it and invite your work email.
